For FBI FD-1164 fingerprint cards
If you are in France and need fingerprints for an FBI Identity History Summary Request, our office at 111 rue de la Croix Nivert, Paris 15e, provides ink fingerprinting.
The FBI publishes the FD-1164 card for Identity History Summary requests and requires a current fingerprint card. Its official guidance describes direct applications to the FBI and applications made through an FBI-approved channeler.
Requirements come from the authority
Groupe AS Detectives does not decide which form, supporting documents or submission route your case requires. These requirements must be checked with the FBI, the approved channeler or the authority requesting the background check.
Limits of the service
The office takes ink fingerprints. It does not issue the FBI Identity History Summary and is not an FBI-approved channeler.
