Bring identification
Bring a valid passport, national ID card or official identity document. The spelling of your name should match the documents used for your procedure.

If you received a letter, email, official checklist, fingerprint card or reference number, bring it to the appointment. It helps prepare the card correctly.
Bring the card if you have it
For FBI or RCMP procedures, you may already have a card such as FD-1164 or C-216C. Bring the original card if it was sent to you.
